Community Engagement Coordinator

  • Responded to 4,000+ customers via email and direct messages across 8 festivals (EDC Las Vegas, EDC Orlando, Countdown NYE, HARD Summer, Escape Halloween, Apocalypse: Zombieland, Skyline Festival, Lost in Dreams Festival) and 3 brands (Insomniac Events, Insomniac Concerts, Bassrush)

  • Monitored 10+ email inboxes, direct messages, and all direct customer inquiries regarding festival questions, ticketing issues, lost and found, prohibited items, etc.

  • Posted 1-2 posts weekly on the Insomniac Events Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts (Club Announcements, New Music Friday, Night Owl Radio)

  • Constantly monitored comments for issues and questions

  • Engaged with customers and left positive comments to balance out questions and complaints

  • Used appropriate brand voice to interact with fans and customers

  • Ensured that the team of 2 Community Engagement Coordinators was hitting all KPIs

  • Collaborated with Grace Judy (Senior Manager, Social Media) to evolve processes and actively solve any issues

  • Acted as the liaison between Social Media and Marketing teams, Operation and Production teams to actively address and solve issues, comments, and complaints

Tour Marketing Assistant

February 2023 - June 2023

  • Created and maintained tracking documents for all tours led by Sam Alpert & Mary Kate Carragher

  • Worked with support staff to create a tour document infrastructure (e.g. marketing plans, reports from promoters, radio reports, street team initiatives, admat/artwork, ticket headers, ticket audits, etc.) on an artist and tour-specific basis via Box & Google Drive

  • Prepared and updated marketing documents and materials as needed

  • Scrubbed promoter social media channels to ensure content was being used effectively

  • Scrubbed ticket links and websites to ensure events were listed accurately

  • Collected ticketing proposals for presales

  • Followed up with social media sites for all promoters to ensure that the show was listed on the website, social media channels, and radio stations and ensured that all info listed was correct

  • Ideated in brainstorm sessions for creative marketing ideas to use throughout a tour campaign

  • Took detailed notes for all meetings and calls for all involved parties, scheduled 100+ calls and meetings, and submitted expense reports

  • Coordinated and prioritized two executives' daily schedules (one of them being Lee Anderson, who had 20+ active clients); arranged 500+ meetings and conferences with agents across North America & London, answered emails & phone calls, and acted as a liaison among other assistants, coordinators, agents, executives, and clients

  • Managed 250+ external contacts for Lee Anderson and 50+ external contacts for Joe Rosenberg and kept track of periodic communication needed for priority contacts

  • Executed domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, car services, and hotels

  • Interfaced with 30+ high-level administrators internally within the company and externally to maintain the continuity of executive business

  • Coordinated 2 complex calendars for Eric Nam and acted as a liaison between the Founder and General Manager

  • Worked with an 11-person crew on Eric Nam's 'There And Back Again' 2022 North America Tour; successfully completed 32 shows in 29 cities with 47,000+ tickets sold

  • Composed 10+ daily email communications and designed 2 EPKs for Eric Nam and Tablo

  • Approved photo requests and edited guest lists for 32 shows, generated 80+ calendar invitations, scheduled 10+ appointments, arranged 20+ meetings, prepared 20+ meeting agendas, managed files and sensitive information, sent and received 15+ packages to USPS and UPS, and updated information on Eric Nam & Epik High's websites daily
