Posted 1-2 posts weekly on the Insomniac Events Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts (Club Announcements, New Music Friday, Night Owl Radio)
Constantly monitored comments for issues and questions
Engaged with customers and left positive comments to balance out questions and complaints
Used appropriate brand voice to interact with fans and customers
Ensured that the team of 2 Community Engagement Coordinators was hitting all KPIs
Collaborated with Grace Judy (Senior Manager, Social Media) to evolve processes and actively solve any issues
Acted as the liaison between Social Media and Marketing teams, Operation and Production teams to actively address and solve issues, comments, and complaints
